ICICI Bank receives ratings from Moody’s and S&P for USD 500 million notes

ICICI Bank Ltd announced that Moody’s Ratings and S&P Global Ratings have assigned ratings to USD 500 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, issued under the Bank’s USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme, with Moody’s Ratings assigning a ‘Baa3’ rating and S&P Global Ratings assigning a ‘BBB’ rating, as detailed in letters dated September 1, 2026. The announcement clarifies that these ratings pertain to the USD 500 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, USD 500 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, and USD 500 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, and there are no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any ratings; this disclosure is solely for information and record-keeping purposes and is not intended for distribution in the United States, as the securities have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933.
