ICRA revises Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills' outlook to Stable, reaffirming multiple ratings

Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd announced that ICRA reaffirmed various ratings and revised the outlook to Stable from Negative for several instruments, including Long-term - Fund Based [Cash Credit] of Rs 57.99 crore, Long-term - Fund Based [Term Loan] of Rs 55.70 crore, Short-term - Non-Fund Based - Others, Long-term / Short-term - [Unallocated Facilities], Fund Based Cash Credit of Rs 169.50 crore, Fund Based Term Loan of Rs 57.99 crore, Non fund based-others of Rs 55.70 crore, Long Term / Short Term- Unallocated facilities of Rs 80.00 crore, and Term Loan; ICRA also reaffirmed a Long-term rating of R8I for a Term Loan, and reaffirmed a Short term = Non fund rating of ICRAJA3+; additionally, ICRA assigned ratings of [ICRA]BBB(Stable) for Cash Credit facilities from State Bank of India (Rs 97.25 crore), Union Bank of India (Rs 4450 crore), and Punjab National Bank (Rs 27.75 crore), along with [ICRA]A3+ ratings for Non Fund-Based Facilities from State Bank of India (Rs 30.00 crore, Rs 10.00 crore, Rs 1.85 crore), Union Bank of India (Rs 8.00 crore, Rs 0.35 crore), Punjab National Bank (Rs 5.00 crore, Rs 0.50 crore), Term Loans from State Bank of India (Rs 18.00 crore, Rs 10.99 crore), Union Bank of India (Rs 8.00 crore), Punjab National Bank (Rs 450 crore, Rs 16.50 crore), and Unallocated Limits of Rs 80.00 crore, all with maturity on September 18, 2026, while no rating changes or actions were noted by any other rating agencies.
