IDBI Bank receives ratings reaffirmations and withdrawals from ICRA and SEBI

IDBI Bank Ltd announced reaffirmations and withdrawals of ratings across various instruments by ICRA and SEBI, including reaffirming the [ICRA]AA (Stable) rating for infrastructure bonds totaling 10,000.00, senior bonds amounting to 3.00, Basel III Tier II bonds of 3,100.00 and 1,900.00, a fixed deposits programme, and a certificates of deposit programme valued at 35,000.00, while also reaffirming [ICRA]A1+ for the certificates of deposit programme; SEBI has withdrawn ratings for infrastructure bonds of 1,000.00, Basel III Tier II bonds of 1,000.00, 900.00, and a fixed deposits programme, alongside reaffirming the [ICRA]AA (Stable) rating for SEBI infrastructure bonds of 1,000.00 and certificates of deposit of 35,000.00; additionally, ICRA has withdrawn ratings for infrastructure bonds of 1,000.00 crore and Basel III Tier II bonds of 1,900.00 crore due to full redemption, and noted monitorable factors related to deposit base, asset quality, and operational expansion following ownership changes, alongside providing key financial metrics including a CET I ratio of 26.38% and a CRAR of 26.92% as of June 30, 2026.
