IRIS Regtech Solutions' bank facilities receive reaffirmed and upgraded ratings from ICRA Limited

IRIS Regtech Solutions Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed the long-term rating [ICRA]BBB with a Stable outlook and upgraded the short-term rating to [ICRA]A2 from [ICRA]A3+ for the company's bank facilities totaling Rs. 18.08 crores; specifically, ICICI Bank’s cash credit facility of Rs. 8.18 crores carries a rating of [ICRA]BBB (Stable), while ICICI Bank’s non-fund based limits, including a bank guarantee of Rs. 7.40 crores and a forward contract of Rs. 2.50 crores, now hold a rating of [ICRA]A2, all assignments made on August 11, 2026, and the full rating rationale from ICRA is accessible via a provided link.
