Ind-Agiv Commerce Ltd consolidated sales down 100% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 88.17%

Ind-Agiv Commerce Ltd share price declined by 0.92% to Rs 36.5 after the company's net profit plunged by 88.17% to Rs 0.11 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 100% to Rs 0.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Trading & Distributors industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 51414.72 crore, nosediving by 15.72%. It has marginally improved by 1.96% over last one week and rallied by 26.45% in last one month while the market capitalization of Ind-Agiv Commerce Ltd has slipped by 4.21% and 36.19% in the same period respectively.


Profit before tax (PBT) of Ind-Agiv Commerce Ltd stood at Rs 0.11 crore in Q2 FY26, remaining flat year-on-year, and tanking 88.17% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, crashing by 275.00% YoY and plunging by 58.82% sequentially.


Total expenses saw a steep drop of 65.22% to Rs 0.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.04 crore, collapsing by 33.33% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tumbled 56.42% to Rs 3.9 crore, while net profit tumbled by 39.87% to Rs 1.9 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tanked by 207% to Rs 0.39 crore, and PBT collapsed by 39.87% to Rs 1.9 crore compared to previous TTM.


The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 3.76 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.71 crore in FY25.


Ind-Agiv Commerce Ltd nosedived by 56.89% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 6.45% during the same period.
