India Ratings affirmed GP Petroleums' ‘IND BBB-’ rating for INR 1,000 million bank loan facilities

GP Petroleums Ltd announced today, August 6, 2026, that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has affirmed a Long-Term/Short-Term Issuer Rating of ‘IND BBB-’ with a Stable Outlook. The rating agency affirmed the rating for Bank loan facilities with a size of INR 1,000 million, assigning a rating of ‘IND BBB-/Stable’ and ‘IND A3’ respectively. This constitutes an affirmation of the existing ratings, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals reported.
