India Ratings and Research rates Senior Secured Loan at Rs 500 Crore, confirming strong parentage

Juniper Green Energy Ltd announced rating actions and financial projections across multiple agencies, including ICRA Limited, India Ratings and Research, and India Ratings. ICRA Limited upgraded the ratings for several wholly owned subsidiaries, including the Wholly owned subsidiaries with no rating details provided, and upgraded the Term Loan Facilities for Nisagra Renewable Energy Private Limited to AA- (Stable) from A+ (Stable), while no rating details were provided for Term Loan Facilities for Juniper Green Cosmic Private Limited. India Ratings and Research initially rated the Senior Secured Loan at Rs 500 Crore with an AA rating and confirmed the Subordinated Debt at Rs 200 Crore with an A rating, reflecting strong parentage, while India Ratings upgraded a facility to A- (Stable) from BBB+ (Stable) for an amount of Rs 416.40, and also upgraded Bank loan facilities to IND A-/Stable from IND BBB+' with a Stable Outlook for a total of Rs 4,164. The company projects Operating Income of Rs 52.37 Crore for FY2025 and Rs 48.70 Crore for FY2026, with Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 8.10 Crore and Rs 6.64 Crore respectively, alongside other financial metrics including OPBDIT/OI (85.0% and 84.0%), PAT/OI (15.5% and 13.6%), Total Outside Liabilities/Tangible Net Worth (2.22 and 2.03 times), Total Debt/OPBDIT (5.21 and 5.37 times), and Interest Coverage (2.13 and 2.07 times).
