India Ratings reaffirmed ‘IND BBB+’ ratings for Spandana Sphoorty Financial’s debentures and loans

Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has reaffirmed the rating of ‘IND BBB+’ with a Stable outlook for its Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs 5,000 (reduced from Rs 11,200), Bank Loans amounting to Rs 10,000 (reduced from Rs 15,000), and reaffirmed the rating of ‘IND BBB+’ for NCDs and Bank Loans, with the outlook revised to Stable, maturing on or before October 07, 2026; India Ratings also reaffirmed the ratings for Bank Loans, and revised the rating outlook to Stable for the Non-Convertible Debentures; India Ratings and Research Pvt Ltd provided information about the agency but did not provide any ratings, and a placeholder instrument with placeholder details was included with a disclaimer stating that ratings are not a recommendation. The company further reported financial results showing Total Tangible Assets of Rs 58,781 million for 1QFY27, Rs 55,231 million for FY26, and Rs 79,981 million for FY25; Total Tangible Equity of Rs 14,218.4 million for 1QFY27, Rs 14,062.7 million for FY26, and Rs 21,378.8 million for FY25; a Net Profit of Rs 118.8 million for 1QFY27, -Rs 6,991.50 million for FY26, and -Rs 10,351.60 million for FY25; a Return on Average Assets of 0.8% for 1QFY27, -10.3% for FY26, and -9.8% for FY25; an Equity/Assets ratio of 24.2% for 1QFY27, 25.5% for FY26, and 26.7% for FY25; and a Total Capital Ratio of 33.8% for 1QFY27, 35.9% for FY26, and 37.1% for FY25.
