Indrayani Biotech Ltd consolidated sales down 0.13% on year in Q2FY2026

Indrayani Biotech Ltd share price declined by 1.56% to Rs 10.08 after the company's net profit tumbled by 44.90% to Rs 0.54 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 0.13% to Rs 37.71 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Other Agricultural Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 56512.32 crore, gaining 6.33%. It has inched up 1.34% over last one week and gained upto 1.75% in last one month while the market capitalization of Indrayani Biotech Ltd has softened by 0.49% and 29.89% in the same period respectively.


Profit before tax (PBT) of Indrayani Biotech Ltd stood at Rs 0.59 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 180.95% year-on-year, and tanking 153.15% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, tumbling by 110.71% YoY and crashing by 109.02% sequentially.


Total expenses posted a minor rise of 1.77% to Rs 37.33 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 32.46 crore, surging by 28.45% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.92 crore, plunging by 32.09% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 21.66% to Rs 130.23 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 158.64% to Rs 6.11 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 2080% to Rs 3.13 crore, and PBT collapsed by 152.32% to Rs 5.74 crore compared to previous TTM.


The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 6.74 crore in FY26, as against Rs 30.35 crore in FY25.


Indrayani Biotech Ltd crashed 26.06% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 10.66% during the same period.
