Infosys, Wipro, LIC, Adani Enterprises in action

Infosys: Infosys announced its collaboration with Adobe to transform the digital workforce through Infosys' online learning platform, Infosys Springboard, under its Tech for Good charter. Both organizations will aim to create over 10,000 new Adobe certified experts globally by 2025.

Wipro: Wipro announced a partnership between its Engineering Edge business line and Spartan Radar, an automated mobility sensor software provider, to build advanced vehicle solutions. In conjunction with this agreement, Wipro Ventures, Wipro's corporate investment arm, announced that it has invested in Spartan Radar's Series B funding round.

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC): The company's consolidated net profit surged to Rs 13190.79 crore in Q4 FY23 as against a net profit of Rs 2409.39 crore in Q4 FY22. Total income fell to Rs 201021.87 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023 from Rs 215486.74 crore recorded in Q4 FY22.

Oil India: The company's consolidated net profit dropped to Rs 1979.74 crore in Q4 FY23 as against a net profit of Rs 2527.33 crore in Q4 FY22. Total income fell to Rs 8936.82 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023 from Rs 9294.52 crore recorded in Q4 FY22.

Adani Enterprises: BSE and NSE will put the securities of Adani Enterprises under the short-term ASM framework from 25 May 2023.

B.L. Kashyap and Sons: The company has secured new order of shell and core etc. work aggregating to Rs 132 crore approx from Indian School of Business.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers: The company has entered into a contract with Indian Navy for supply of 10 in number 30 mm Naval Surface Gun (NSG) with Electro Optical Fire Control System (EOFCS) and ammunition at a cost of Rs 248.51 crore.
