Interglobe Aviation’s debt instruments reaffirmed as ‘AAA’ by CRISIL, India Ratings, and Care Ratings

Interglobe Aviation Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies regarding its outstanding debt instruments. CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings, including the Long Term Bank Loan at ‘CRISIL AAA’ (Stable), the Commercial Paper at ‘CRISIL A1+’, and the Senior Secured Perpetual Infra Bonds at ‘CRISIL AAA’ (Stable), while India Ratings and Research has also affirmed its ratings, assigning a Long Term Bank Loan rating of ‘IND AAA’ (Stable), a Commercial Paper rating of ‘IND A1+’, and a Senior Secured Perpetual Infra Bonds rating of ‘IND AAA’ (Stable); Care Ratings has reaffirmed the Long Term Bank Loan at ‘CARE AAA’ (Stable), the Commercial Paper at ‘CARE A1+’, and the Senior Secured Perpetual Infra Bonds at ‘CARE AAA’ (Stable), with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted across any of the listed instruments.
