International Combustion (India) Ltd. sees credit ratings downgraded by CRISIL Ratings Limited

International Combustion (India) Ltd announced a revision of credit ratings assigned to its bank facilities by CRISIL Ratings Limited. CRISIL has downgraded the Long-Term Rating for the Total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 125 Crore from CRISIL BBB / Negative to CRISIL BBB- / Stable, with the outlook revised to Stable, and simultaneously downgraded the Short-Term Rating from CRISIL A3+ to CRISIL A3; these revised ratings were communicated to the company via email and are also available on the company’s website at www.internationalcombustion.in.
