JM Financial Ltd receives reaffirmed ratings from CRISIL for various instruments totaling Rs 100 crore

JM Financial Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) has reaffirmed and assigned ratings to various instruments of the company, Corporate Identity Number L67120MH1986PLC038784. Specifically, CRISIL reaffirmed the rating for the Long term Bank Loan Facility at CRISIL AA/Stable, reaffirmed the rating for Non-Convertible Debentures at CRISIL AA/Stable, and reaffirmed the rating for Commercial Paper at CRISIL A1+; the amount for each instrument rated is Rs 100 crore.
