Japan Credit Rating Agency upgraded Samvardhana Motherson's Foreign Currency Long-term Issuer Rating outlook to ‘Positive’

Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd announced that Japan Credit Rating Agency Ltd. has upgraded the rating outlook of the company from ‘Stable’ to ‘Positive’ for its Foreign Currency Long-term Issuer Rating, which currently stands at ‘A’; this rating action is detailed in documents available at specified English and Japanese links, as released September 29, 2026, and submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the information and record of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, under Scrip Code 517334 and Symbol MOTHERSON.
