Jay Ushin Ltd.'s ratings were reaffirmed and withdrawn by Brickwork and BWR, including facilities from Kotak Mahindra Bank

Jay Ushin Ltd. has announced reaffirmations and withdrawals of ratings across multiple instruments by both Brickwork Ratings and BWR. Brickwork Ratings reaffirmed BWR BB- /Stable ratings for Bank Loan Facilities amounting to 8.49 and 55.00, while also withdrawing the 55.00 rating and reaffirming a BWR A4 rating for another Bank Loan Facility of 0.00; all continue to be in the ISSUER NOT COOPERATING * category. BWR reaffirmed and subsequently withdrew its BWR BB-/Stable/A4 rating for Bank Loan Facilities totaling 63.49 crores, alongside reaffirming its BWR A4 rating for Short Term facilities, Non Fund Based facilities, and a Sub-Limit (Letter of Credit) of 7.00, all also under the ISSUER NOT COOPERATING* designation, alongside reaffirming several other ratings including Fund Based LT, Fund Based ST, NCD/Bank Loan, and NFB SubLimit ST, with various maturity dates and notes regarding information availability risk and a downgrade. The rating agencies also noted sanctioned facilities from Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Term Loans of 8.49, Letters of Credit of 0.00, an Overdraft of 2.00, and Sales Invoice Financing of 53.00, while RBI, MCA, SEBI, and other agencies provided ratings and details related to various debt instruments and corporate activities.
