Juniper Green Energy subsidiaries secure ratings from India Ratings and Research and ICRA Limited

Juniper Green Energy Ltd announced that rating agencies have assigned and maintained ratings for both the company and its subsidiaries, with no rating data available directly for Juniper Green Energy Ltd itself. India Ratings and Research Private Limited assigned ratings to the debt facilities of subsidiaries and assigned a final rating of IND AA / Stable to bank loans of an unspecified amount, alongside assigning ratings of AA (Stable) for bank loan facilities of 367.00 and 50.00, while ICRA Limited assigned a rating of A+ (Stable) to a long-term fund-based term loan of 472.16. India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) assigned IND AA/Stable ratings to bank loan facilities of 3670 and 500, with the latter converted to a final rating following confirmation of transaction documents, and maintained an IND AA/Stable rating for bank loan facilities of 4170 from Axis Bank Limited, while India Ratings noted limited information availability requiring further details.
