KPI Green Energy secures reaffirmed and new ratings for debt instruments totaling Rs 15,714.24 from ICRA

KPI Green Energy Ltd. has announced reaffirmations and assignments across a range of its debt instruments by both ICRA Limited and ICRA. ICRA reaffirmed and assigned enhanced amounts for Bank Facilities - Fund based - Term loan at Rs 4937.61, Bank Facilities - Bill discounting at Rs 350.00, and Bank Facilities - Non-fund based - Bank guarantee at Rs 1036.00, alongside reaffirming Bank Facilities - Fund based - Cash credit at Rs 487.00, Bank Facilities - Working capital demand loan at Rs 223.00, Bank Facilities - CEL at Rs 16.00, and Unallocated limits at [ICRA]A (Stable)/[ICRA]A2+. Additionally, ICRA reaffirmed Non-convertible debentures (NCD) at Rs 594.63 with a [ICRA]AA+ (CE) (Stable) rating, reflecting a Credit Enhancement (CE). The agency also reaffirmed ratings for Term loans, Cash credit, Working capital demand loans, Bill discounting, Bank guarantees, CEL, Unallocated limits, and NCDs, while assigning an initial rating of [ICRA]AA+(CE) (Stable) for a Rs 670.0 crore NCD programme with a partial credit guarantee from GuarantCo.
