Kotyark Industries Ltd consolidated sales up 44.49% on year in Q2FY2026

Kotyark Industries Ltd share price ticked higher by 4.98% to Rs 33.75 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 52.45% to Rs 4.46 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 44.49% to Rs 91.98 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Refineries & Marketing industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 21.68 lakh crore, surging by 20.16%. It has inched up 2.40% over last one week and moved up slightly by 3.77% in last one month while the market capitalization of Kotyark Industries Ltd has marginally improved by 0.48% and 8.49% in the same period respectively.


Profit before tax (PBT) of Kotyark Industries Ltd stood at Rs 7.47 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 1560.00% year-on-year, and crashing by 44.99% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 12 crore, jumping 123.28% YoY and tumbling by 38.90% sequentially.


Total expenses jumped by 73.37% to Rs 82.75 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 58.64 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 41.06% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.49 crore, plunging by 13.87% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 9.29% to Rs 314.87 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 33.24% to Rs 19.36 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 3846% to Rs 47.89 crore, and PBT surged 31.55% to Rs 26.85 crore compared to previous TTM.


The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 3.92 crore in FY26, as against Rs 30.92 crore in FY25.
