Lupin Limited’s committee approved allotment of equity shares, boosting share capital

Lupin Limited announced that its Operations and Finance Committee has allotted 30967 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each, increasing the company's issued and paid-up share capital to Rs 91,45,31,722 consisting of 45,72,65,861 equity shares of Rs 2 each, following the exercise of vested options under the company's stock option plans for employees and its subsidiaries.
