Marico Ltd’s bank facilities reaffirmed as CRISIL AAA/Stable and CRISIL A1+ by CRISIL Ratings

Marico Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (CRISIL) has reaffirmed the credit rating on the limits of various bank facilities availed by the Company, including its Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) profile. Specifically, CRISIL reaffirmed the long-term bank loan facilities at CRISIL AAA/Stable and the short-term bank loan facilities at CRISIL A1+, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted; the rating rationale can be accessed via a link provided in the official communication and is also available on the company’s website.
