Mehai Technology Ltd. secures BWR BBB-/Stable rating for Rs 369 crore in bank loan facilities

Mehai Technology Ltd. announced that Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited has assigned a BWR BBB-/ Stable rating to its Fund Based —Long Term facilities amounting to 67.00, along with assignments for Fund Based —Long facilities totaling 0.00 and Total Bank Loan Facilities of 369.00, all carrying the same BWR BBB-/ Stable rating. Additionally, Brickwork Ratings has assigned ratings to various bank loan facilities, cash credit, sub-limits, bank guarantees, and working capital demand loans, all rated BWR BBB - /Stable, with ongoing surveillance and potential migration to an INC category for non-submission of monthly NDS reports. The rating agencies, including BWR, have also maintained a Stable outlook for long-term loans and advances, while Brickwork Ratings initially assigned a BBB+ rating for long-term ratings, and SEBI, MCA, RBI, and other agencies have reported Nil ratings across various instruments.
