Metro Brands Ltd. improves ESG ratings from CRISIL, reflecting enhanced governance practices

Metro Brands Ltd announced today, October 5, 2026, that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Ltd. has assigned the company an overall ESG Rating of ‘CRISIL ESG 66’ and a ‘CRISIL Core ESG 72’ rating for fiscal year 2025-26, representing an improvement from the prior year's scores of ‘CRISIL ESG 61’ and ‘CRISIL Core ESG 67’; these ratings are available for public review at https://www.crisilesg.com/en/home/esg-ratings.html and reflect the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance its environmental, social, and governance practices, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted by any other rating agencies regarding any instruments.
