Milkfood Ltd.'s debt instruments reaffirmed by Infomerics, including Rs. 95.01 crore bank facilities

Milkfood Ltd announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd. and Infomerics have reaffirmed ratings on its various debt instruments, while also assigning initial and additional ratings to several others. Specifically, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd. reaffirmed the IVR BB+/ Stable rating for bank facilities amounting to Rs. 95.01 Crore, previously for State Bank of India and Canara Bank, and reaffirmed the IVR BB-RStable rating for bank facilities reduced from Rs. 100.00 crore, revising the outlook to ‘Stable’ from ‘Negative’. Infomerics assigned a BB+/Stable rating to a Term Loan of 62, a BB+/Stable rating to a Term Loan of 7.29, a BB+ rating to a Cash Credit facility of 55.00, a BB+/Stable rating to a Cash Credit facility of 10.00, an A4+ rating to Bank Guarantees of 7.50 and 8.00, and an A4+ rating to a Proposed Bank Guarantee of 5.60, while noting a short-term facility may require revalidation and reserving the right to periodic review; RBI, MCA, SEBI, and INFOMERICS also provided various ratings and evaluations, including for External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, Inter Corporate Deposits, and Credit quality ratings for Mutual Fund Schemes, with some instruments and evaluations marked as "N/A" or "Not applicable."
