Moody’s Ratings assigned a ‘Ba3’ rating to Capri Global Capital’s USD notes under its GMTN Programme

Capri Global Capital Ltd announced on September 02, 2026, that Moody’s Ratings (Moody’s) has assigned a ‘Ba3 long-term foreign currency senior secured’ rating to the senior secured USD notes issued by Capri Global Capital Limited under Capri US$1.0 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (“GMTN Programme”), which is also rated (P)Ba3; the GMTN Programme was previously established by the Company.
