Muthoot Capital Services raises Rs 39.55 crore and Rs 1.01 crore via direct assignment

Muthoot Capital Services Limited raised Rs 39,54,98,051 and Rs 1,00,76,44,645 through two direct assignment transactions on September 30, 2026, involving the assignment of Two-Wheeler Loan receivables totaling Rs 43,94,42,279 and Rs 1,11,96,05,161, respectively; these transactions represent the fifth and sixth securitization/direct assignment deals undertaken by the company during fiscal year 2026-27, and the pool originates from the non-priority sector, adhering to Reserve Bank of India guidelines. The company secretary and compliance officer, Deepa G, confirmed the transactions in a regulatory filing.
