NINtec Systems Ltd consolidated sales down 1.10% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit saw a mild growth of 5.26%

NINtec Systems Ltd share price softened by 0.33% to Rs 730.55 after the company's net profit saw a marginal increase of 5.26% to Rs 9.2 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 1.10% to Rs 45.86 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Computers - Software & Consulting industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 24.37 lakh crore, easing 5.07%. It has marginally improved by 0.02% over last one week and advanced by 8.91% in last one month while the market capitalization of NINtec Systems Ltd has slipped by 1.97% and 30.97% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of NINtec Systems Ltd stood at Rs 12.07 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 18.80% year-on-year, and gaining 1.68% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 11 crore, rallying 85.57% YoY and tumbling by 26.67% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 4.08% to Rs 34.41 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.04 crore, declining 8.23% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 68.33% to Rs 139.8 crore, while net profit jumped 69.70% to Rs 26.32 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 1825% to Rs 28.45 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 71.18% to Rs 34.99 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 23.73 crore in FY26, as against Rs 9.91 crore in FY25. NINtec Systems Ltd surged by 71.19% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
