Neptune Logitek receives a Crisil BB/Stable rating for its Rs. 70 Crore bank loan facilities

Neptune Logitek Ltd announced to the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 29th, 2026, that CRISIL Ratings Limited has reviewed and assigned a long-term credit rating of Crisil BB/Stable to the company's total bank loan facilities, amounting to Rs. 70 Crore, with the rating being assigned; the company noted that disclosure of credit ratings is not applicable as they have not issued any debt securities, despite the rating being provided for informational purposes, and no other rating agencies were involved, nor were there any enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any instruments.
