New Swan Multitech’s board approved related-party transactions up to Rs 100 crore, pending AGM approval

New Swan Multitech Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the appointment of M/s M.G. Jindal & Associates as Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share, and re-appointed Barunpreet Singh Ahuja as Whole-Time Director for five years, effective September 1, 2026. The company also approved amendments to its Articles of Association, including a clause allowing shareholders to waive dividend rights, and entered into related-party transactions with New Swan Enterprise not exceeding Rs 100 crore, all subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for September 30, 2026.
