Newgen Software Technologies receives reaffirmations for debt instruments from CRISIL and Crisil Ratings

Newgen Software Technologies Ltd announced reaffirmations from both CRISIL and Crisil Ratings regarding various debt instruments. CRISIL reaffirmed its CRISIL A1 rating for a Bank Facility with an amount of 10 and for Export Packing Credit & Export Bills Negotiation/Foreign Bill Discounting with an amount of 115, the latter being interchangeable with a Bank Guarantee. Crisil Ratings reaffirmed its Crisil A1 Short Term Rating for Bank facilities amounting to Rs.125 Crore and Bank Loan Facilities also amounting to Rs.125 Crore (bank-wise details are available in Annexure 1), along with a Crisil A1 rating for a Bank Guarantee with an amount of 10. Additionally, Crisil Ratings reaffirmed its Crisil A1 rating for Export Packing Credit & Export Bills Negotiation/Foreign Bill discounting instruments held by Standard Chartered Bank (amounts of 25 and 50), HSBC Bank Plc (amounts of 1.5 and 11), and ICICI Bank Limited (amount of 12.5). Ratings are disclosed on the Crisil website and remain valid until March 31, 2027, while no ratings were assigned or withdrawn for instruments including Unlisted PTCs/Securitisation Notes, Listed/Unlisted Commercial Paper and NCDs, Loan Facilities, External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, Fixed Deposits, Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans, Borrowing programme, Issuer Ratings, Credit Ratings for Capital Protection Oriented Schemes, Credit quality ratings (CQRs) for Mutual Fund Schemes, Listed/Unlisted Security Receipts, Independent Credit Evaluation (ICE), and Expected Loss Ratings.
