Newgen Software Technologies secures Rs 17.14 crore contract in Qatar for platform license, implementation, and support

Newgen Software Technologies Limited has secured a contract with an overseas customer in Qatar for its Newgen Platform, encompassing license, implementation, and three years of maintenance and support. The award's aggregate value is US Dollars 1,791,140, equivalent to Rs 17.14 Crore (Indian Rupees Seventeen Crore Fourteen Lakhs) based on a conversion rate of 1 US Dollar to Rs 95.71, and does not constitute a related party transaction. The contract involves the supply, implementation, and three-year support of an international regulatory reporting and compliance platform solution, with implementation to occur according to an agreed project schedule.
