Newgen Software secures Rs 52.55 crore agreement with a U.S. health insurance company

Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced that its U.S.-based subsidiary, Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), has secured an agreement with a U.S. health insurance company for Rs 52.55 Crore (US Dollars 5,475,020) to supply, install, implement, and provide cloud hosting for the NewgenONE Complaints, Appeals and Grievances (CAG) Solution, with a project duration of three years; the company confirmed that no promoter group entities have an interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
