Nitco Ltd’s debt instruments received reaffirmed ratings from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited

Nitco Ltd announced rating actions from multiple agencies regarding its outstanding debt instruments, with Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited reaffirming the IVR BB+/Stable rating for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to 50.00 and Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares totaling 150.00; similarly, IVR Rating reaffirmed the MCA BB+/Stable rating for NCDs of 50.00 and Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference shares of 150.00, representing a total of Rupees Two Hundred Crore Only. Infomerics has assigned a BB+/Stable rating to Non-convertible Redeemable Debentures of 50.00 with a maturity in 2028 and another BB+/Stable rating to Non-convertible Redeemable Debentures of 150.00 with a maturity in 2035, while also noting that a long term/short term facility, bank facilities, and certain other instruments including Listed Commercial Paper and NCDs, Unlisted Commercial Paper and NCDs, Loan Facilities, External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, Fixed Deposits, Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans, Borrowing programme, Issuer Ratings, Credit Ratings for Capital Protection Oriented Schemes, Credit quality ratings (CQRs), Listed Security Receipts, Unlisted Security Receipts, Independent Credit Evaluation (ICE), Expected Loss Ratings (Loan Facilities), Expected Loss Ratings (listed/proposed bonds), Expected Loss Ratings (Unlisted/Proposed bonds), and Unlisted PTCs/Securitisation Notes, remain unrated or subject to ongoing surveillance/review, or may be revalidated if not availed within 6/3 months.
