Noumed Pharmaceuticals secures a three-year, Rs 204 crore OTC Medicines Supply Agreement with an Australian pharmacy chain

Sai Parenterals Limited announced that its subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals Pty Limited, has renewed a long-term Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medicines Supply Agreement with a leading Australian pharmacy chain, featuring an expanded product portfolio and a three-year term. The renewed agreement is valued at AUD 30 million, which equates to approximately Rs 204 Crores based on an exchange rate of Rs 68.52 per AUD, and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from the company's promoters or group entities. The effective date of the agreement is August 24, 2026.
