O. P. Chains Limited appoints Moon Goyal as Whole-time Director for five years

O. P. CHAINS LIMITED announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Moon Goyal (DIN: 06831411) as an Additional Director in the Executive Category, effective August 12, 2026, until the ensuing Annual General Meeting, and as a Whole-time Director for a term of five years, also starting August 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Goyal, aged 45, is the cousin brother of Satish Kumar Goyal, Managing Director, and Ashok Kumar Goyal, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the company.
