Oil & Natural Gas Corpn Ltd receives ratings affirming and assigning instruments from India Ratings and CRISIL

Oil & Natural Gas Corpn Ltd announced ratings actions on various instruments from India Ratings and Research Private Limited and CRISIL, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. India Ratings and Research Private Limited affirmed its IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+ rating for Bank loan Facilities amounting to 350,000, IND A1+ rating for Proposed commercial papers amounting to 100,000, and IND AAA/Stable rating for Non-convertible debentures amounting to 10,000, all with notes indicating RBI involvement; additionally, India Ratings assigned an IND AAA rating with a Stable Outlook to Bonds amounting to 1000 crore; CRISIL assigned a CRISIL A1+ rating to Commercial Paper with no specified amount and no notes. No rating data was found for NCDs, and placeholder instruments were not rated by India Ratings.
