Onida Electronics allotted warrants valued at over Rs 650 million to Resonance Opportunities Fund and others

Onida Electronics Limited, formerly MIRC Electronics Limited, announced that its Finance Committee has approved the allotment of 73,86,362 warrants, convertible into an equal number of equity shares, on a preferential basis to Resonance Opportunities Fund, Nexta Enterprises LLP, and Aamara Capital Private Limited. The warrants were issued at a price of Rs 35.20 each, totaling Rs 6,49,99,985.60, with investors paying 25% of the warrant issue price.
