Orient Green Power secures reaffirmed “CRISIL AAA” ratings for Rs 1,230 crore bank loans and Rs 500 crore commercial paper

Orient Green Power Company Ltd announced credit rating actions across its debt instruments following a review by multiple agencies. CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings of “CRISIL AAA” on the company’s bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,230.00 crore, and its ratings of “CRISIL AAA” on the company’s commercial paper program of Rs 500.00 crore, while India Ratings and Research has withdrawn its ratings of “IND AAA” on the company’s bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,230.00 crore and its ratings of “IND AAA” on the company’s commercial paper program of Rs 500.00 crore; additionally, CARE Ratings has upgraded the rating on Beta Wind Farm, with details regarding the agency, rating, and amount remaining unspecified, and has reaffirmed its ratings of “CARE AAA” on the company’s bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,230.00 crore and its ratings of “CARE AAA” on the company’s commercial paper program of Rs 500.00 crore.
