PNC Infratech subsidiary’s credit rating revised to CARE A+ for Rs 757.43 crore facilities

PNC Infratech Ltd announced that Care Ratings Limited has reviewed the credit rating on the Long-Term Bank Facilities of its subsidiary, Awadh Expressway Private Limited, reporting an amount of Rs 757.43 crore, which has been reduced from Rs 776.85 crore, and assigned a rating of CARE A+ (Review and Watch with Developing Implications). The rating action involves a placement on Rating Watch with Developing Implications, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals reported by any other rating agencies.
