PNC Infratech subsidiary's credit rating upgraded by CARE Ratings to AA+ Stable

PNC Infratech Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reviewed the credit rating on the Long-Term Bank Facilities of its subsidiary, Yamuna Highways Private Limited, reporting an amount of Rs 465.17 crore (reduced from Rs 472.25), upgrading the rating from CARE AA, Positive to CARE AA+ Stable. The rating action was reported on August 26, 2026, and no other rating agencies or instruments are mentioned in the filing, nor are there any enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals detailed beyond this specific rating action for Yamuna Highways Private Limited.
