Persistent Systems to review financial results at a board meeting next week

Persistent Systems Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, and Thursday, October 15, 2026, at its registered office to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and the audited financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the same period. The company will host an investor/analyst call following the board meeting, with details to be provided separately, and the trading window will remain closed until Saturday, October 17, 2026.
