Popular Foundations Limited secures Rs 19.82 crore work order from Sastra Deemed University for a convention centre

Popular Foundations Limited announced it has received a new work order valued at Rs 19.82 Crores (including GST) from Sastra Deemed to be University for the construction of a convention centre at Thanjavur, as disclosed to the BSE Ltd. on August 20, 2026. The order, received on August 19, 2026, is expected to be executed within 10 months from the commencement of work, and does not involve any related party transactions.
