Powerica Limited secures a 25-year PPA with GUVNL for a 100 MW wind power project in Gujarat

Powerica Limited announced it has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) to establish a 100 MW wind power project in Gujarat. The project, awarded by a domestic entity, will supply power for a period of 25 years at a tariff of Rs 3.435 per kWh and is expected to be completed within 24 months. The consideration for the project involves the supply of power from the 100 MW Wind Power Project, and neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in GUVNL, nor does the agreement constitute a related party transaction.
