Prime Focus Limited announced a board decision to raise up to Rs 3,000 crore through a combination of equity shares, debt securities, non-convertible securities, share warrants, or other equity-linked securities, potentially utilizing methods like Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), Depository Receipts (ADR/GDR), preferential allotments, or rights issues, subject to member and regulatory approvals. The company also approved an increase in its authorized share capital from Rs 85 crore to Rs 100 crore, divided into 85 lakh to 100 lakh equity shares respectively, each with a face value of Re. 1. Further details regarding the fund raising, including investor names and pricing, will be determined by the board at a later date.
