Nifty Realty index closed up 1.52% at 570.05 today. The index has gained 7.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd added 9.32%, Sobha Ltd jumped 5.38% and Godrej Properties Ltd rose 3.71%. The Nifty Realty index has soared 31.00% over last one year compared to the 13.55% increase in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty IT index has dropped 0.78% and Nifty Media index has slid 0.73% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 witnessed a rise of 0.00% to close at 19674.55 while the SENSEX recorded a gain of 0.02% to close at 66023.69 today.
