R K Chhibber retired as a director of Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited

Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that Mr. R K Chhibber retired by rotation as a director at the bank’s 88th Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2026, and consequently ceased to be a director with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.
