STL Networks wins Rs 555 crore contract from Power Grid Corporation for OT-SOC implementation

STL Networks Limited announced that it has been selected as the lowest bidder (L1) by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for a package to implement a Centralized Security Operations Centre for Operational Technology (OT) Assets of Substations (OT-SOC). The contract, awarded domestically, carries a broad consideration of Rs 555 Cr (inclusive of taxes) and is governed by bid specification no: CC/NT/W-MISC/DOM/A02/26/00023 (RFx No. 5002005016) dated January 5, 2026, with execution timeframe as per the aforementioned bid specification. Neither the company’s promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
