Schneider Electric Infrastructure voluntarily disclosed an ESG rating from CRISIL, per BSE guidance

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited announced that a recent disclosure filed on September 21, 2026, regarding an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating was made voluntarily in the interest of transparency and good corporate governance, and was not mandated under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the rating was independently assigned by CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider, based on publicly available information, and the company did not request or commission this rating; the disclosure does not involve any assignment, revision, upgrade, downgrade, reaffirmation, withdrawal, or suspension of an existing ESG rating, nor does it pertain to an event specifically requiring disclosure under applicable rating provisions, and the company will submit a fresh corporate announcement as advised by the BSE Limited dated September 21, 2026.
