Shareholders approved Shubhlakshmi Dani’s Non-Executive Director appointment at Asian Paints

Asian Paints Ltd. announced that shareholders have approved the appointment of Ms. Shubhlakshmi Dani as a Non-Executive Director of the company, following a Postal Ballot concluded on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The appointment was initially proposed by the Board of Directors on July 29, 2026, and is subject to rotation. Ms. Dani is the spouse of former Non-Executive Director Mr. Hasit Dani, sister-in-law of Non-Executive Director Mr. Malav Dani, and a member of the Promoter(s) Group of the company.
