Shayona Engineering Limited secures a purchase order for Rs 23.60 crore including GST from an undisclosed domestic client

Shayona Engineering Limited announced it has received a purchase order dated October 22, 2026, from a domestic customer for the supply of HDPE Pipe Components, with a total consideration of Rs 23,60,429 including 18% GST. The company withheld the customer's name due to contractual confidentiality obligations, but indicated it may disclose the name to regulatory authorities if specifically required. The order, which is to be executed within one week and delivered in Vadodara, represents a domestic order and does not involve any related party transactions.
