Shivansh Finserve Limited proposes Roshni Agarwal as Company Secretary, pending board confirmation

Shivansh Finserve Limited announced on September 22, 2026, that it has proposed the appointment of Mrs. Roshni Alkesh Agarwal, with Membership No. 58610, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, following the resignation of the previous Company Secretary; the appointment is subject to confirmation at the next board meeting.
